Self-care is
essential. Leaders who practice self-care and work toward overall wellness are
more effective in the workplace. This module helps leaders understand that
while they can’t always control the stress in their lives, they can better
control their responses to it when they practice self-care. Self-care
strategies presented in this module are broken down into three parts: physical
wellness, mental wellness, and emotional wellness. Leaders can choose the
strategies that they can best incorporate into their daily lives, helping them
live a more balanced life.
