The Responsible Alcohol Sales and Service training program teaches sellers and servers what they need to know to follow the law and prevent illegal alcohol sales.
This training covers how alcohol impacts the body and BAC levels; identifying and refusing sales to minors, intoxicated customers, and third parties; recognizing and effectively checking legal forms of identification; maintaining a daily incident log book; and possible civil or criminal liability involved in alcohol sales.
This version of the training emphasizes carding all customers who look under the age of 35, according to federal guidelines.
