Our Virginia Responsible Alcohol Sales and Service training
is certified by the State of Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control
in accordance with Code of Virginia 4.1- 227, E. This module is an approved
Seller/Server Training Approval Program (STAP).
While Virginia does not mandate training, the Code of
Virginia states that retail licensees facing penalties could receive a
reduction in the length of any suspension or the amount of penalty fees if they
can demonstrate their employee training was certified in advance by Virginia
Alcoholic Beverage Control.
This training for Virginia includes real-world scenarios and
